From the IntelliSafe suite of safety features, to its impeccable styling, there is a lot to love about the all-new XC90. It's no wonder it was named a Top Safety Pick+ by the IIHS, and 2016 SUV of the Year by Motor Trend.
Critics and customers alike have been praising the XC90 ever since its debut, and the stream of recognition hasn't stopped. Yesterday, we learned that it is a finalists for the NACTOY truck/SUV of the year. The North American Car and Truck of the Year awards are given out based on the consensus of more than 50 independent auto journalists from the United States and Canada. Only three finalists are left in the XC90's category, and the overall winner will be revealed on January 11, 2016.
“The all-new XC90 represents the future of Volvo,” said Lex Kerssemakers, president and CEO, Volvo Cars of North America. “We are grateful that NACTOY judges recognize how significant it is for consumers, the industry, and for us.”
