Technician Wanted!

    To guarantee that a car continues to operate  as it should requires regular maintenance. An automobile technician is a mechanic specializing in the maintenance and repair of cars. We are looking for a technicians who are looking for a great atmosphere job!  An auto technician who will work with other staff in the shop and other departments such as the parts department. Technicians who are willing to repair customers vehicles when it is brought to the shop. You will need to communicate with the service advisor to explain to the customers on what needs to be fixed or replaced. 

We are a family owned group, all from the Broomfield area.  You will be working on a daily basis with an owner of the business.  As such, there can be more flexibility in your daily routine, but we do work hard to have processes in place to make the job as easy as possible.

Quick Lane Level II Technicians

We are currently looking to add two Quick Lane Level II Technicians. As a Level II Technician, you would work on brakes, change oil, do transmission services, steering wheel alignment, checkup points, and more.  This is a full-time position.  With our internal Sill-TerHar University training program, you will get paid while you get certified!  The pay starts at $21.00 per hour flat rate per flag hour.

Quick-lane technician level I

Sill-TerHar is looking to add new Quick Lane technicians level I. We can have you fully certified as a Ford technician in a couple of years! As a technician Level I you would be doing the regular maintenance for cars such as oil changes, tire rotations, swapping batteries, wiper blades, and topping off the fluids. You would be getting an amazing opportunity to get paid while you get certified!! Pay is $15.00 an hour. A performance-based incentive program for increase pay.
