To create the effect, artist Rene Turrek used thermochromic paint that changes color with the temperature. A little bit of warm water causes the paint to become translucent, revealing the artwork underneath. $400 a pint may seem like a lot of money, but it allows owners the capability of having a truly one-of-a-kind vehicle.
